So many images.. just a warning. I couldn’t help myself in this park, it’s just that incredible! This was the one park we made it to first thing in the morning, right before the heat and the crowds. So of course made for just some really great red rock pictures. I don’t really have a whole lot to say about this day other than we just really all had a great time. The kids loved this one as well.. and were really involved the whole time.. which you’ll see in some of the posts they’re just not having any of it.
The kids totally wanted to coordinate, no it wasn’t the 4th of July yet. We had just bought a few things and they were so into the patriotic clothing.. These outfits are all them! And I just love it with the scenery.
Like really?! These rock formations are just unbelievable! We’re a family of rock lovers.. just wait it shows 😉
The kids begged to hike up and have their picture taken with balance rock. Then we got hit with a huge wind/sand storm it was pretty nuts!
**I wasn’t noticing at first when we started off our trip.. I loved using my Tamron super wide angle lens, come to find out I was having a problem with the auto focus.. it doesn’t appear that it likes my new camera.. huge bummer a ton of my favorite pictures are out of focus..
Do you see the little lizard?!
I hope you enjoy all these pictures of rocks as much as we do!
